Our Security Guards

The company provides its clients with armed and unarmed, male and female security guards with the following minimum qualifications:

At least high school graduate;
Physically fit and negative of any illegal substance;
Passed neuropsychological examinations;
Valid License to Exercise Security Profession (LESP);
Clear NBI and PNP record;
Undergoes continuous training and retraining

Our Framework

Security risk analysis is fundamental to the security management of any facility and a non-stop process that adapts and changes over time. This is an objective analysis of the effectiveness of the current security controls that protect an organization’s assets and a determination of the probability of losses to those assets.

A security risk assessment reviews the threat environment of the organization, the value of assets, the criticality of systems, the vulnerabilities of the security controls, the impact of expected losses, and recommendations for additional controls to reduce risk to an acceptable level.

Aside from the guards assigned to you, the agency has put into place a Quick Response Team wherein we may pull in additional guards in case needed.

A barracks and training camp is being constructed within the Batangas/Laguna area, near most of IXL’s clients, to enable quick deployment of said security personnel. The company has also assigned official patrol and response vehicles to respond within its areas of operation.
